Shipping & Returns
- All items will be shipped out in 1-2 business days once payment received, please note that items purchased on weekends and Holidays are processed in the next working day.
- We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
- Do not provide local pick up service.
- Please check the quantity as soon as receiving the package,if we miss shipping, Please let us know at the first time.
- We accept return, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We must be notified of any problems within 7 days after delivery.
- All NON-Seller Mistake returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee. (E.g. you brought wrong size or wrong item).
- The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- For exchange due to buyer ordering the wrong item, the buyer must pay 2-way shipping fees and 20% restocking fee. Refund or replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
- All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is to be issued upon request through email@example.com. Any item returned without an RMA# will be refused and that RMA# must be written on the outside of the box.
